The SPOUT revolution will not be televised...

The SPOUT revolution will be live! After spending Sunday tracking bass to some of our hardest songs, Stacy and I were dead tired but excited about how things were turning out. In the beginning we were planning on having a "signature" bass sound that would be consistent throughout the whole record, but I think we've found that different songs call for different sounds and styles, and it's making the songs stronger as a result. Tomorrow should be my last day for tracking, and after that Stacy and Chad get a crack at the material with their guitars. We're hoping to be in the mixing stage by June, which means that new SPOUT material will be coming your way soon! We've also got a couple of shows coming up in June that we're really excited about (stay posted to the web page for details).

Well, it's back to work for me. You all know how unpacking can be... it takes about 5 times longer than it should! Here's to almost being done...
